Wear Orange Prayer Vigil

Wear Orange Prayer Vigil

Religious and lay people gather for a Wear Orange prayer vigil to end gun violence

Gun Violence Prayer Vigil sponsored by the national organization Nuns Against Gun Violence (NAGV) was held in Brighton on Thursday, June 6, at noon

Over 75 religious and lay people gathered at the Motherhouse of the Sisters of St. Joseph Boston to honor and pray for those affected by gun violence.

Recognizing gun violence as a critical and preventable problem, they prayed for a gun-free future, holding the gun industry accountable, and promised to raise their voices to ask legislators to enact safe gun laws.
