Local Volunteers Spotlight: North Shore

Great things are happening on the North Shore!

Our volunteers have requested table space for an event in conjunction with the Newburyport Pride Parade in June. The LGBTQ+ community is deeply impacted by gun violence, and we are proud to continue the long history of partnership between gun violence prevention advocates and this vibrant community.

Additionally, one of our North Shore local community partners, the PEG Center for Art and Activism, met with Ruth Zakarin from the Massachusetts Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence and Ann Haaser of MA4GVP to collaborate on bringing a panel discussion of the "This Ain't Normal" film to Newburyport.
