Meet G4GVP's New Managing Director + 2025 Planning!

My name is Valerie Geary, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be stepping into my new role as your Managing Director. We have an amazing team of leaders and volunteers, and I'm looking forward to working with you all as we move into the next phase of our work with Grassroots4GVP.

A Special Thank You

I want to say a special thank you to Lynn Grilli and Jen Robinson for their tireless efforts as our inaugural Managing Directors. Their work over the last 10 months in getting us off the ground and running has been nothing short of astonishing. They have both assured me that they aren't going anywhere, and I will certainly be relying on them for advice during this transition. Thank you, Lynn and Jen!

As I said at the meeting, I'm keenly aware of my strengths and, let's call them, "areas for improvement" as a leader. Be a Part of the Solution

Sometimes, the biggest barrier to action is feeling like we don't know enough or we don't have any applicable skills, and this simply isn't true. Love to bake? Great! We can set up a bake sale to raise some funds. Are you a runner or a cyclist? Maybe we can plan a race to raise awareness. Whatever your talents and interests are, I promise that I can help you find a way to put them to use within our organization.

We have a lot of work ahead of us, and together, we are a formidable force. Let's go!
